How We Operate

We start by communicating with the clients (employers). From them, we acquire information about the available jobs. With that information, we will post the positions on our website. This means that every position we post is actually available.

All our candidates are supposed to upload their CVs on the website. In addition to the CV, we will require the following documents;

  • Passport or Birth Certificate – You will be required to bring your original passport and/or birth certificate. We will use these documents to identify you and confirm your eligibility to work in the areas specified.
  • Insurance – We will also need you to provide your national insurance number card. We may also want you to bring forward a payslip from your former employer. The reason is that the insurance details will be included in the document.
  • Proof of address – We will also require a formal proof of address. As proof of address, we will accept documents like recent water, electricity, or phone bill. You can also provide a bank statement as proof of address.
  • Bank account details – Employers require your bank account details so that they can pay your salary directly to your bank account.
  • References – It would also help if you provided references from your former employers. Your references can also be people that you have worked with in the past or present. The preferred number of references is 2. However, if you have more, you can include five at most. We will use your references to confirm your experience and credibility.
  • Phone number –  You will also need to provide your phone number or email in your CV.

What happens next

Our professional team will go through all the documents and the uploaded CV to ensure that you qualify for the job you have applied. If you do qualify, we will contact you through a phone call. Note that this will only be done after your CV has been sent to the company looking for an employee. If the company finds you suitable for the position, we will reach out and let you know what comes next.

Therefore, if you were thinking twice about including some work like being a kid’s chauffeur in your resume, think no further.   • Organization – Organization is also at the top of the list of the skills that we look for in our candidates. Throughout the many years of experience, we have grown to understand that most HGV drivers and construction workers do not consider the organization an important characteristic.
  • Stress management – We also work hard to make sure that our candidates can function well, even in situations with a lot of stress. We understand that HGV drivers may experience stressful situations like traffic, dealing with other drivers, and navigating difficult routes.
