How our recruitment process works

  • Potential employers contact our team, looking for recruits. We acquire all the relevant information and prepare a job description.
  • We then post the available jobs on our website.
  • All candidates are encouraged to upload CVs and apply for jobs.
  • We go through all the uploaded CVs and contact those that seem suitable for the position.
  • We also forward the CVs of the candidates that we choose to the clients for approval.

What do employers look for in a candidate?

  • Knowledge – This is the first quality we will be considering when recruiting candidates. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the field. This means that you must have experience in the area, be up to date with the necessary rules and regulations, and possess some mechanical skills. You do not have to be a mechanic per se, but you should be able to easily identify mechanical problems through the performance and sound of the vehicle or machine. It would be an added advantage if you could have some basic skills to take care of minor issues.
  • Credentials – We will also need to check your credentials before anything else. For one, you will need to have a valid driver’s license. We will also check your references to ensure that you have the required experience and can handle the tasks ahead.
  • Dedication and passion – We are looking to employ workers that are passionate and dedicated to their duties and responsibilities. We want to ensure that we do not provide our clients with workers that will be problematic in the long run. Dedication means that you will be available whenever needed, willing to take on new tasks, and ready to learn. We also want candidates who are eager to acquire more knowledge in the field.

We are looking to recruit drivers that can handle stressful situations with grace. Examples of some stressful situations that drivers may experience include dealing with incompetent and problematic drivers, driving through narrow roads, as well as driving through difficult routes.
  • Professionalism – We are also looking for drivers with high levels of professionalism. It is only through professionalism that you can survive and become successful in this industry. You should be able to follow all the regulations provided by the government, as well as other authorities in the industry. Hence the need for professionalism. We are also looking for a candidate with the skills to take on new tasks professionally.
